Action Plans

Weekly work under a quarterly target. One type: Leads, Offers, or Business model.

The short version

Action Plans belong to quarterly targets only. North Star targets do not get plans.

Each plan has exactly one type: Leads, Offers, or Business model. A target can have more than one plan, and should have at least one.

Actions inside a plan have a title, a due date, a status (pending, in progress, closed), and an owner on your roster. One action can wait on another in the same plan.
