Goals & Targets
About three qualitative goals, then about three to five numbers each. First the year, then the quarter. Fewer or more is allowed.
The short version
Goals are qualitative. Targets are numbers. You write goals first. Numbers come second, on purpose.
Set about three yearly goals, then about three to five targets on each. Do the same for this quarter. Any count is allowed, including zero and more than that focus. Zero goals means that setup step is not done.
The page has three phases: goals, targets, and overview. The agent stays on the left. You can edit a saved set anytime. Lock does not freeze edits, and it is not required to continue.
