Goals & Targets walkthrough

Lock Ambitio’s exactly three North Star goals, add three to five targets each, then repeat for this quarter.

The short version

Open Goals & Targets after Ambitio’s strategy is locked. Work the phases in order: Goals, then Targets, then Overview.

Write exactly three qualitative North Star goals with the Goals Agent — Diego’s set is setup, Monday reviews, and running plans. Click Save goals and lock. Numbers wait for the Targets phase.

Then set three to five targets on each goal with the Targets Agent (invited founders through setup, weekly review completion, and so on). Repeat the same pair for this quarter. Reviews and Action Plans unlock after this quarter’s targets.

Walkthrough

  1. Step 1

    Lock three North Star goals

    Stay on the Goals phase. Chat with the Goals Agent. Ambitio’s three titles are Founders finish private-beta setup, Monday reviews actually happen, and Quarterly targets have running plans. Click Save goals, then confirm the lock. You should move to Targets next.

  2. Step 2

    Put numbers on each goal

    The left rail becomes the Targets Agent. Add three to five targets on each North Star goal. Ambitio’s first numbers are invited founders through setup, founders who lock strategy in week one, and setup sessions completed. Click Save targets and lock. These numbers are the annual scoreboard, not the weekly to-do list.

  3. Step 3

    Repeat for this quarter

    Do the same pair for this quarter: three qualitative goals (invite the next cohort, make Monday unavoidable, cover every target), then three to five targets each. When this quarter’s targets lock, Reviews and Action Plans unlock. Overview is the living scorecard after that.
