Strategy walkthrough

Write Ambitio’s ten answers in Strategy Builder, then lock the set so Goals & Targets unlock.

The short version

Open Strategy on the Ambitio venture. The Strategy Builder sits on the left. The draft sits on the right — starting with founder-led teams of 1–15.

Talk until all ten answers under the four questions look honest. Diego’s set is already drafted: who we serve, how we win, what we refuse, what could stop us. Edit a box if a line is off.

Click Save strategy, then Lock in strategy. Goals & Targets unlock next. Action Plans and Reviews still wait on North Star and this quarter.

Walkthrough

  1. Step 1

    Open the builder

    From Ambitio’s sidebar, click Strategy. Strategy Builder is on the left. The Draft on the right already names the audience: founder-led teams of 1–15. If you just created the venture, you are already here.

    3. Save strategy — on once all ten answers are filled.

  2. Step 2

    Fill the ten answers

    Answer in chat. The canvas updates. Diego’s lines cover English and Spanish, Monday reviews, and no white-label. You can type in a box if a line is wrong. The four questions are: Where do you play? How do you win? What do you say no to? What could stop you?

  3. Step 3

    Lock, then continue

    Click Save strategy. Confirm Lock in this strategy? with Lock in strategy. The dialog reviews Ambitio’s market and how we win. After lock, click Continue to Goals & Targets.
