Reviews walkthrough

Use Ambitio’s Agenda, start the Monday review, and clear past-due items before later ones unlock.

The short version

Agenda on Ambitio’s venture home is the queue: Today, Up next, Then. You do not create it. After setup, Today is usually the weekly review — the habit Diego’s North Star named.

Open Reviews (or All reviews). Rows stack as Past due, In window, Upcoming. When a window is open, start it with Start review. Between Mondays the coach says no review is unlocked — later weeks stay Locked until the previous one is finished or skipped.

If a review is past due, finish or Skip it before later reviews unlock. A skip needs a real written reason (at least 60 characters).

    Read Agenda on venture home

    Open Ambitio’s Dashboard. The right board shows the mission (OKR agent for founder-led teams), Agenda, and a snapshot. Today is the current move — here, execute Q3 Action Plans. Up next is the weekly on Sep 7 (locked until that Monday). Click All reviews for the full schedule.

  2. Step 2

    Start the review that is due

    On Reviews, rows stack as Past due, In window, Upcoming. Between Mondays Ambitio shows no open window — the next Weekly quarter goals review stays Locked until Sep 7. When that window opens, Start review appears on the first unlocked row. The Review Coach saves only when you confirm.

    1. Past due — empty when nothing was missed.
    2. In window — empty between Mondays.
    3. Upcoming — the next weekly stays Locked until its day.

  3. Step 3

    Finish or skip before the next one

    Later cards say Finish or skip the previous review first. That is the sequential rule — including after a missed Monday. Skip needs a written reason (at least 60 characters). Weekly is the routine; quarterly and annual sit further down the same list.
